Utensils: electric skillet; jr. colander; 3 quart saucepan
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained & sliced
1 tsp. Darn Good Seasoning
Directions:
Add a couple inches of water to 3 qt. Place seasoned ground beef into colander and put on top of 3 quart. Cook on medium heat until brown. Pour ground beef into preheated skillet (350 degrees). Stir to separate meat. Stir in soup, water; add potatoes. Cook on medium heat until everything is heated -- stirring often.
