Barbecued Chicken Sandwiches

 

Barbecued Chicken Sandwiches

Utensils: electric skillet

Ingredients:

1 tsp. Darn Good Seasoning

1 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)

2 cans (5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken, drained


Directions: 

 
In the electric skillet, stir-fry the pepper, onion and celery in the butter until tender.  Add the chicken, sprinkle with seasoning and the barbecue sauce.  Cover and cook on 300 degrees for 20 minutes.  Stir well and serve on rolls.  Makes 4 sandwiches.
