Darn Good Shrimp Creole
Utensils: 4 quart or 6 quart saucepan
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
2 medium green peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. Darn Good Seasoning
2 bay leaves
1 lb shrimp
3 cups hot cooked rice
Directions:
Add margerine to saucepan. Add chopped onions, celery and green peppers and saute until well done. Add water and tomato sauce. Cook 1/2 hour on medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
