Utensils: 6 quart saucepan
Ingredients:
1 pound cubed pork chops
1/2 cup olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 cup parsley
1/2 cup green onion tops
2 cups rice
2 cups hot water
1 tbs of Darn Good Seasoning
Directions
Cook the rice.
Cut and season the pork with Darn Good Seasoning.
Heat oil and brown the pork. Drain excess grease after browning.
Add onions and simmer until tender. Add in cooked rice, parsley,
and green onions. Simmer for 20 minutes.
