Utensils: Large Skillet or Electric and Food Cutter
1 lb. Ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 can chopped green chilies
1 15 oz can Hot Hormel Chili, no beans
1 ¼ cups Bisquick Mix
¾ cup shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese #1 cone
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup milk
salsa
sour cream
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray deep dish pie dish with cooking spray. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add chopped onion, Taco seasoning and chili. Cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Spread ground beef mixture into deep dish pan. Top with green chilies. Mix Bisquick mix, milk and eggs. Pour over meat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, bake for 5 minutes more.
Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
