Preheat Electric Oil Core Skillet to 450 Degrees or Large Skillet on Medium for 5 minutes. After the skillet is preheated, place chicken directly on skillet meat side down (Skin up). Cook for 15 minutes on each side with lid offset to allow for air to circulate. If you do not offset the lid, the chicken will not crisp properly. If you find that the chicken sticks to the skillet after 15 minutes, you may need to let it cook for a few more minutes before flipping.
