UTENSILS: Large Skillet & Food Cutter
INGREDIENTS:
8-10 Chicken Tenders
16 oz Frozen Broccoli Florets
8 oz Cheddar Cheese or Colby Jack Cheese, #2 Cone
2 Cans Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 Pkg Broccoli Cheese Rice Sides OR 1 Large Baking Potato, sliced on #2 Cone
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the skillet on 350. Season the chicken with salt and pepper; add to the skillet. Mix broccoli soup and rice (or potato) and pour over the chicken. Add the broccoli over the soup mixture. Cover, and cooking on 350; when water begins to bubble around the edges, reduce to simmer and allow to cook for 10 more minutes. Shred the cheese and sprinkle over the top; re-cover, unplug the unit, and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes to firm.
