Autumn Pork Chops
Utensils: 6 qt. saucepan; electric skilletIngredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup apple juice or water
2 tbsp. spicy-brown mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbs. Darn Good Seasoning
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles
Directions:
Cook egg noodles and drain. Place oil in skillet, season (with Darn Good) and brown the pork chops. Add soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. on medium heat.
Serve with noodles.
