Beef Enchiladas

Utensils: colander, 3 quart saucepan, electric skillet

Ingredients:


1 medium onion
1 Lb. ground beef
2-10oz cans enchilada sauce
6 oz shredded cheese
1 tbs. Darn Good Seasoning
Flour tortillas (I use white corn) 


Directions:

Fill 3 quart saucepan with about 2 inches of water.  Place colander on top. Season with Darn Good and brown the hamburger and onion in the colander on top of the 3 quart.  Place meat and onions to skillet.  Add 1 can Enchilada Sauce.  Cover.  Cook at 250 degrees 10 minutes.  Sprinkle the shredded cheese on the meat mixture.  Cook for five more minutes.  Serve on the tortillas.
