Egg white and ham omelet

Utensils: 10in saute

3 egg whites
1 egg
1 slice of ham

Preheat Saute pan, mix eggs up for omelet, spray preheated saute with pan and pour in egg mixtire. Place ham in middle after a few minutes flip sides of omlet over ham and then flip omelet. Cook till eggs are done.
