Tuna Fish Pita

 PitaUtensils: Mixing Bowl, Non-electric food cutter

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped #1 cone
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped #1 cone
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped #1 cone
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayo, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle or sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Darn Good Seasoning
  • 2 pieces whole-wheat pita bread, cut in half
  •  

Directions:

Toss together tuna, bell pepper, onion and celery. Stir in mayo, Greek yogurt, relish, Darn Good Seasoning. Stuff each pita half with tuna mixture and a slice of tomato.
