1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. dried minced onions
1 tbsp. dried minced garlic
1 tbsp. Darn Good Seasoning1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup beef broth
3 medium potatoes
Preheat large skillet to medium heat. Soak minced onion and minced garlic in a small bowl in a little water for about 5 minutes, drain. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, Darn Good, minced onions, minced garlic and bread crumbs. Form patties to desired size for salsbury type steaks. Place in skillet and cover almost completely (leave a small crack to allow oxygen into pan). Cook for 5 minutes. Flip, add sliced onions and broth. Cover and open whistle. Meanwhile, shred potatoes on food cutter with the #2 cone. When whistle sounds, add potaotes to skillet and re cover. Leave whistle open and allow to sound again. After whistle sounds, close it and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are desired tenderness.
