Saucy Meatballs w/ Egg Noodles

UTENSILS: Electric Skillet, 6qt & Food Cutter

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs ground round
1 ¼ cups prepared bread crumbs
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 TBS of Darn Good Seasoning
1 ½ cans jellied cranberry sauce
1 ½ jars chili sauce
2/3 cups brown sugar
¾ cup water
1 pkg Egg noodles

INSTRUCTIONS:

Sprinkle ground round with Darn Good Seasoning; mix well. Mix bread crumbs, egg, and milk together in a bowl and then combine with the ground round. Form into meatballs and place tightly into the skillet.

Mix together the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and water. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and cook on 350. When water begins to bubble around the edges, reduce the temperature to simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Unplug the unit and allow to stand covered for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring water for the noodles to a boil in a 6qt. Once the water boils, add the noodles and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside until the meatballs are done. Serve the meatballs over the egg noodles. NOTE: Egg noodles MUST be cooked in boiling water, otherwise, they turn mushy.
